Lower Back

The lower back is frequently affected by mechanical stress, poor posture, or degeneration, making it one of the most common areas for pain.

Benefits

Importance of Physiotherapy: Physiotherapy is key to recovering from lower back pain by addressing the root cause of the issue and reducing the risk of future problems:

  • Core strengthening exercises to support the spine and reduce stress on the lower back.
  • Stretching and mobilization techniques to improve flexibility and reduce muscle tightness.
  • Postural correction and ergonomic advice to prevent poor posture from contributing to pain.
  • Manual therapy to reduce joint stiffness and improve spinal alignment.
  • Education on proper lifting techniques to avoid further strain or injury.
